    some, is a luxury condominium that is built on 7.346 acres of land in Mont
    Kiara. Its developer, Sunrise, is a major player in the real estate industry in
    the city.  Sunrise is a listed public
    company in the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia and has completed several
    successful projects. In fact the company is in the top ten in The Edge
    Malaysia¡¯s Top Ten Property Developers Award and has been so for five years in
    a row.

    If you have children, MK10 is a good place for
    you to reside in because Mont Kiara International School is a stone¡¯s throw
    away. The location is very convenient such that you will not even need to ride
    because it is that close by. Solaris Mont Kiara is also just a short drive away
    so you can easily go to Cold Storage whenever you want. Aside from this, the
    area is surrounded with facilities such as banks, restaurants and Plaza Damas.
    This area is also near other good neighborhoods such as Bangsar, Sri Hartamas,
    Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) Damansara Heights. So if you ever need to eat out,
    watch a movie or go shopping with friends everything is just very accessible
    for you.

    10 Mont Kiara is one of the company¡¯s
    successful projects. It towers 43 stories high and has a whooping total of 332
    units. What makes this condominium different from the rest is the floor space
    of each unit. Every floor only has 4 units at the most so the Standard Unit is
    about 3,478 sq ft to 4,090 sq ft.MK10 is a great condominium. However a lot of
    people are not too happy with its layout. In its design, Type A goes directly
    into the dining room while Type B goes straight into the kitchen. Aside from
    this, even though it boasts of rooms with gigantic proportions, there are no
    formal and informal dining rooms. Unique add on¡¯s such as a Jacuzzi or a huge
    terrace are also missing. This condominium is considered a bit high in density.
    10 Mont Kiara opened its doors to the public just a few months following the
    launch of Mont Kiara Meredin. Both have similar concepts and both sell large
    units. However, Meredin is not doing as well as MK10. A lot of people attribute
    this to its location.

    If you are looking for a new home for your
    family now is the perfect time to think long and hard as to where that should
    be. 10 Mount Kiara is surrounded by many facilities – many of which are either
    a stone¡¯s throw or a short drive away. If you want to go do something you will
    not have to travel long distances. Aside from this, the condominium is the
    perfect haven for those who want to preserve their privacy. It is the perfect
    example of luxury and convenience rolled into one.
