-To attend & respond on complaints from the owners during handling over of Vacant Possession.

-To sub line the defect complaint to other department involved

-To liaise with Joint Management Committee/ Management council on the issues concerning the common areas of the properties

-To provide customer service support and ensure implementation of all policies and procedures established by the Joint Management Body

-Maintenance of up to date accounts as per frequency set, collecting and administrating all monies due -for payment to Developer / JMB / Management Corporation from individual owners / tenants / defaulters

-Responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationship with existing and potential customers.

-Identify and develop new market and improve performance of existing market.

-Execute sales plan to generate sales and achieve sales target.

-Follow up on customer order and payment collection.

-Undertake other job responsibilities assigned by Building Manager.
