162 Residency is a medium-rise apartment at KM 12 Jalan Ipoh Rawang, Batu Caves, Selayang Selayang, Selangor. The apartment which has both residential and commercial units was completed in 2011. The developers, B&G property is a member of the MCT Group of Companies completed the job in record time, and the condo has been attracting residents from all over Malaysia. 162 Residency has 520 units, 454 residential and 66 commercial units. At the launching of the apartments, the price was within a range of RM 117,000 up to RM 205,000, and the rental price was between RM 2,500.00 - RM 8,000.00. After launching, the costs of the condo increased by almost 30% when the development was completed.
