    Building Descriptions

    There are quite numbers of standard and family friendly residential buildings in Kuala Lumpur of which Antah Tower cannot be sidelined. It is a freehold condominium strategically situated at 3/57C, Jalan Off Jalan Kuching, Kuala Lumpur which is somewhere in the heart of the city. Off course this location was chosen so as to suit workers as there are lots of nearby links from the condo to the city which will make transportation, either public or private so easy for the residents.

    Antah Tower is a family friendly condominium targeted at middle income earners. From couples to small and medium size family, the condominium offers comfortable and spacious units. This building was developed with the mind set of bringing high standard homes at a very cost effective rate to average citizens out there. We so much believe that there shouldn’t be a wide gap between the rich and average citizens in terms of living in a luxurious home. This project was constructed in a perfect way to have numerous facilities of which few are mini market, Berbeque area, wading pool, swimming pool.

    The Jalan area of Kuala Lumpur is one of the free zone and conducive area to live in Kuala Lumpur. This zone is indeed designed to suit middle income earners as the standard of living in the area is not so high compared to other zones. The area is strategically connected to SPRINT Highway and NKVE which is just some few minute walk from Kuala Lumpur city center. Antah tower have several amenities that ease car owners and public transport as there is a near transport hub called Segambut Komuter Station where residents can jump bus down to Sentul Komuter Station. The area is made easy for family with small kids as several schools are present in the area, which includes Sekolaj Janis Kebangsaan (Cina) Khai Chee which takes just few minutes by car from the condo. Some other schools within that area are SMK Segambut, Garden International School, SMK Kiaramas and SK Kiaramas. Also, for those who likes clubbing there are a lot recreational clubs within the zone like Komplex Tenis Jalan Duta, Kelab Golf Sental Raya and Stadium Hoki Tun Razak where they can go to relax on weekends. Some other amenities in the area includes Chinese food restaurant like Ho Ho Steamboat Segambut, Seafood restaurant like Yu Ai Seafood Noodle, a High court, mosques, Churches, Shopping mall, eateries, bank, public offices, hospitals.

    Having it in mind that the building was constructed to give luxury homes to middle income earners, it was developed with a lot of facilities such as Playground, Mini-market, covered parking zone, Tennis court, Squash Court, Gymnasium, Wading Pool, Barbeque area, jogging track and off course the 24-hour security service is something great also as security of our residents is key to us.

    This condominium is a 24-storey building with a built up size ranging from 680 square feet to 1,600 square feet. There are four different layouts in the condo tagged Type A which is 680 square feet, Type B which is 730 square feet, Type C which is 1,534 square feet, Type D which is 1,580 square feet and Type E which is 1,600 square feet. Each unit is big enough and conducive for small sized and middle sized families with Air conditioner, heater, sofa, queen bed, built in wardrobe, new fridge and new washing machine. Each unit comes with a well-structured bathroom, also with a well-equipped and furnished kitchen with modern architectural design. The interior features a lot of architectural design works from professionals in the field. Also, Visitors to the condominium don’t need to worry about where to park their cars as there are enough parking space for visitors.

    Condominium developing project has really been one of the biggest business in Malaysia, Antah Tower was developed several years ago by one of the biggest developers in Malaysia. The starting rental rate was at the range of RM 1,100 to about RM 2,900 while the sub-sale price ranges from RM 280,000 to RM 736,000 all depending on the size of the unit. Also there is a maintenance fee of about RM 0.35 psf. The project is well accepted across the state as a lot of families are finding ways to relocate to the condo.

    Few of the property that are near Antah Tower includes Royal Regent (Sri Putramas 3), Royal Domain Sri Putramas 2, Sri Putramas, Flexus Signature Suites and Residensi Seri Wahyu.
