OUR SERVICE – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

ASET NIAGA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (ANPM) offers a range of Property Management services which can be tailored to meet your facility needs whether you are a private owner, a property investor, a company or an organization.

ANPM fully undertakes the responsibility of planning, execution, control and monitoring of all tasks associated with the maintenance function through a single point of management contact. Group Property Manager shall be fully accountable for the outcome of the service delivery performance. The measurement of the effectiveness of the service shall be based on a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

FACILITY SYSTEMS OPERATION & MAINTENANCE SERVICE (O&M SERVICE)

The deployment by ANPM of competent and qualified technical personnel at clients’ site with tools, equipment and materials, to undertake the tasks of operating and maintaining engineering systems related to building services e.g. Heating Ventilation Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Systems, Electrical Distribution, Building Control Systems (BCS), Fire Detection & Fighting Systems, Water Reticulation Systems, Plumbing & Sewerage Systems, Backup Power/Generators, etc.

PROPERTY & FACILITY CONSULTANCY & ADVISORY SERVICE

This type of service would be appropriate for you if you simply want a professional, unbiased and expert advice about one or more areas of your property & facility management needs.

REPAIR & MAINTENANCE DIVISION

Our comprehensive maintenance capabilities are designed to give your asset uninterrupted and maximum performance through a schedule of planned preventive maintenance (PPM), routing breakout callout and emergency response services. With an establishment of ANPM technical mobile team in place, the breakdown time of the equipment will be reduced and an appropriate recommendation of the parts can be made accordingly.

PROPERTY & FACILITY AUDIT

We are capable to advice and give recommendation to you on the building & M&E condition for the purpose of building upgrading work, building handover and transaction and etc.
