We also have close links to the authorities i.e. COB, KPKT, Police, Local Municipal Hall, BOMBA, SYABAS, TNB etc… This would be a plus point when meeting up with the said authorities to resolve certain issues.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

QUALITY ASSURANCE / COMPLIANCE MANAGER
B&C is the first property management firm in Malaysia that engages its own QA/QC Manager to personally inspect all sites on a monthly basis to ensure that the day to day activities are carried out according to the minutes, all SOP/KPI’s are complied with and that any upgrading works are done according to plan.

We also tend to have spot checks on the guards every now and then to ensure the security is not compromised in any way.

DESIGNATED AREA MANAGER’S FOR EACH PROXIMITY
We have a team of Area Managers who live nearby the project sites we manage. Each Area Manager is only assigned a handful of sites to oversee so as to ensure that they are not overburdened with assignments and lose focus.

This allows them to concentrate and overlook projects easier as well as having a quicker response time to service incidents.

COMPREHENSIVE MONTHLY MANAGEMENT REPORT
Being supported by a strong team allows us to channel the said resources to our clients. As such, we have the capability in preparing a comprehensive property management report which covers every aspect of the building (from rooftop till basement car parks) should the need arises.

This report covers :- M&E, Structural, Aesthetics, Building Finishing etc…

We’re also able to perform a thorough visual building audit for defects inspection and submission. Such report is done in collaboration with Persatuan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM). The fee for such audit is to be discussed upon survey of the structure of the building.
