Our total paid up capital is RM250,000.00 with an authorised capital of RM500,000.00 and a professional indemnity insurance cover of RM5,000,000.00.

In April 2012, we established our first Branch Office in Seremban to provide our professional services for the state of Negeri Sembilan. Sr Jacob Lim is the Executive Director of Burgess Rawson (NS) Sdn Bhd (Co. No. 983263-H).

Under the personal guidance of our Managing Director, we provide the following professional services through our dedicated team of professionals:-

  • Comprehensive property and facilities management services for highrise complexes, condominiums and mixed-use stratified developments;
  • Consultancy services to developers in the convening and facilitating of the First AGM of Joint Management Body and Management Corporation;
  • Consultancy services for the convening and facilitating of AGMs and EGMs for Joint Management Body, Management Corporation and Subsidiary Management Corporation;
  • Consultancy services for the creation of Subsidiary Management Corporations and Limited Common Properties in a mixed-use stratified development area;
  • Consultancy services for the handing over of maintenance and management of common property from developer to Joint Management Body or Management Corporation;
  • Consultancy services on property and facilities management inputs at the planning and design stage for proposed stratified development areas;
  • Consultancy services on the formulation of equitable share units in mixed-use stratified development area pursuant to the Strata Titles Rules 2015;
  • Conducting professional in-house training and seminars for developers on the Strata Management Act 2013 [Act 757], Strata Management (Maintenance and Management) Regulations 2015 and Strata Management (Strata Management Tribunal) Regulations 2015;
  • Consultancy services on the preparation of operating budget for the management and maintenance of stratified development area;
  • Consultancy services on issues and problems related to the management and maintenance of common property pursuant to the Strata Management Act 2013 [Act 757] and its regulations.

Track Record

We have an excellent track record in successfully managing highrise complexes, condominiums and mixed-use stratified developments for our esteemed corporate clients, joint management bodies and management corporations.

We have also act as property and facilities management consultant providing valuable professional inputs including equitable share units formulation to developers of proposed mixed-used stratified developments at the planning and design stage.

Our professional consultancy services have benefited many of our clients in successfully convening the First AGMs of JMBs and MCs and also the subsequent AGMs and EGMs in the stratified development areas. In addition, we have conducted effective training of the Strata Management Act 2013 [Act 757] and its regulations for the planning, marketing, project and management departments of our select developers’ clientele. At the planning and design stage of stratified development areas, we have helped developers in the determination of Charges and Sinking Fund and also the provision of property management inputs to their project consultant teams. In the case of mixed-use stratified development areas, we further helped the developers to design testing and formulation of share units that are equitable for the different types of parcels.
