We have an excellent track record in successfully managing highrise complexes, condominiums and mixed-use stratified developments for our esteemed corporate clients, joint management bodies and management corporations.
We have also act as property and facilities management consultant providing valuable professional inputs including equitable share units formulation to developers of proposed mixed-used stratified developments at the planning and design stage.
Our professional consultancy services have benefited many of our clients in successfully convening the First AGMs of JMBs and MCs and also the subsequent AGMs and EGMs in the stratified development areas. In addition, we have conducted effective training of the Strata Management Act 2013 [Act 757] and its regulations for the planning, marketing, project and management departments of our select developers’ clientele. At the planning and design stage of stratified development areas, we have helped developers in the determination of Charges and Sinking Fund and also the provision of property management inputs to their project consultant teams. In the case of mixed-use stratified development areas, we further helped the developers to design testing and formulation of share units that are equitable for the different types of parcels.
