CLEMENT & CO Property Consultants and its operating company Clement Management Sdn Bhd. was established in January 2000 by the principal Dr. Clement I. Fernandez, a former senior-ranking civil servant with the Valuation & Property Services Department, Ministry of Finance, Malaysia and other partners. The company was established to offer professional property services under 4 broad sectors namely:

From its humble beginnings, Clement & Co. and its operating company Clement Management Sdn Bhd. now has grown into an independent professional firm providing property services throughout Malaysia. While the Property Management segment is our core specialization, nevertheless we still continue to service the real estate agency and valuation services sectors.
To date we have been, and are, managing between 5000 to 6000 units of commercial and residential properties spread out in more than 20 projects in the Klang Valley since 2000. We have resisted the temptation to expand fast and become big without the basic fundamentals. We have always believed in personalized service to clients to meet their needs and expectations.
