Cova Suites is a leasehold condominium is a project completed in December 2009. The launch price was between RM259,800 - RM733,800 and Subsale Price between RM 780,000.00 - RM 2,700,000.00. After free maintenance for the first three years, maintenance fee is charged for units at RM0.25 per sf.
