De Tropicana is a condominium located at Jalan 2/116B,  Off Jalan Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur around Old Klang Road. The project was completed by a Malaysia-based developer in 2000. Since then, the condo has been available for home seekers to choose a preferred residential unit from the available units in the five blocks of condos. The advantages of living in De Tropicana include access to good road network and various amenities like schools, banks, restaurants, cafes and many others in the neighbourhood of the condo.

The property is well sited in Kuchai Lama, and also have some in-house facilities built to give residents a convenient and comfortable stay.  There are a barbeque pit and cafeteria for meals within the property. De Tropicana is a high-density leasehold condominium located at Jalan 2/116B, Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park, Off Jalan Kuchai Lama, 58200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The built-up area per unit varies from 928 to 1,067 sq ft. The residential units have a maintenance Fee of RM 0.15 per sq ft. De Tropicana project was completed in 2000 by known Malaysian developers with experience in commercial and residential developments.
