    Kondominium Desa Cindaimas is an affordable and conducive apartment developed several years ago by Concord link. This condominium is situated at Jalan Klang Lama, Taman Gembira, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Desa cindaimas is relatively one of the oldest condominium in the city and off course it is still pleasant. It is well linked to several highways which makes it easily accessible. Concord Link is one off course a big apartment developing company in Malaysia which started operation many years ago.     Taman Gembira is in indeed a lively and interesting environment to reside as there are lots of activities going on in the environment and also residents of Taman Gembira enjoys a lot amenities and facilities. The condo is strategically located where it has many access to several Highways such as SPRINT, Federal Highway, New Pantai Expressway, Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Expressway, Damansara-Puchong Expressway, KL-Seremban Expressway and LNP, which can all be accessed from Old Klang Road. Without walking much away from Desa Cindaimas, residents can enjoy anything they want as they almost have everything within their reach. Amenities within the surroundings are malls such as Mid Valley Mega Mall and The Gardens, Secondary schools like SMK Taman Desa, SMK Desa Perdana and SMK La Salle Brickfields. Besides that, there is always a weekly night market which goes on every Sunday in the hood in which a lot of people even from other cities come to purchase stuffs. Residents will enjoy this also.

    This freehold condominium comes with 2 blocks of which there are 20 floors in each block with a total number of 320 units which ranges in built up size from about 900 square feet to 1,400 square feet. The units have different layout as some units come with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen, we also have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen unit and also a unit of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Each units comes with a superb interior design and architectural work. The condominium is built in a way that it will be suitable for families, young couples and students.

    As earlier stated, this apartment was developed by Concord Link and it was brought into completion in 1998. The apartment is one of their residential service project in the country. The initial rental rate was somewhere between RM 700 and RM 2800 while the sub-sale price is between RM 300,000 to RM 688,000 all with a maintenance fee of RM 0.13 per square feet.
