Located in the heart of the heavily congested SS12 of Subang Jaya, Dorsett Place is a resort-styled luxury serviced apartment. Due to its location, Dorsett Place has seen plenty of obstructions from residents throughout the phases of its construction. One of the issues raised by residents was that if each unit sold and occupied will have at least one car, the estimated additional number of cars in the area will be an extra 2,000 vehicles; and the area simply cannot accommodate the tremendous increase of traffic flow as there is only a sole entry and exit point.
