    Dream City is a leasehold apartment located in Jalan Anggerik in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This luxury lakeside apartment is the brainchild of Clearwater Group, who wanted to build an apartment that would be a home for families and communities without sacrificing the facilities of modern times. A distinctive feature which shows the developer's’ vision of a green development would be the built-in catchment in the sky deck. This feature collects rainwater to be recycled and used in common areas allowing significant reduction in maintenance fees; hence, appealing to the eco and cost –conscious masses at the same time.

    Located just to the south of Kuala Lumpur, Dream City is easily accessible via major highways such as KL-Seremban Highway, KESAS, Puchong-Sg Besi Link, Sg. Besi Highway, Cheras-Kajang Highway, and SILK highway. Aside from the numerous road routes, public transportation is readily available in KTM Komuter Serdang Station & Sungai Besi LRT Station located just nearby. Moreover, the construction of the MRT Sungai Besi-Serdang-Putrajaya Line is expected to increase accessibility to the area by its date of completion in 2021. Not only that, the MRT construction nearby the property is expected to boost asking price in resale and rental in future. Educational institutions of the likes of SK Taman Sungai Besi Indah, Australian International School, SJK Connaught and UPM Serdang are located just a short distance away. The location of Dream City in Seri Kembangan places it just a stone’s throw away from Mines Wellness City, a hub that holds Mines Shopping Mall, Mines Resort & Golf Club, Mines Convention Centre (MIECC) and the five-star hotel Palace of the Golden Horses. Aside from that, Hospital Serdang is just a 14 minute drive away via Sungai Besi Highway.

The sky park which covers all seven apartment towers comprises of amenities that caters to families, senior citizens, and single working adults.     Keeping to its vision of a creating a home that is eco-friendly, Dream City is built with low carbon footprint building materials to ensure harmful effects to the environment is kept to the minimum. The apartments are painted with Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) paint which reduces chances of allergies and harmful chemical emission. All homes are equipped with a built in master switch that enables the switching off and on of all electrical appliances at the main entrance. Sprawling bamboo flooring at each home ensures a cost efficient and eco friendly finish for a healthy home environment.

    The seven-tower, 25 storey apartment complex is built on a 7.5 acre land. A total of 821 units make up the apartment complex. Cosy one-bedroom apartments at 550 sq ft are built to cater for young couples and single working adults. Families could opt for the Two Bedroom Apartment at 1,100 sq ft to the Three-Bedroom Sky Villa at 1,430 sq ft. For those wishing for a more luxurious lifestyle penthouses are available in three options. These consist of Junior Penthouse at 1,630 sq ft and the Penthouse A & B at 1,900 sq ft and 2,560 sq ft respectively. The selling price starts from an affordable RM 330,000 onwards, averaging at RM 636 per sq ft. The maintenance price is set at RM 0.30 per sq ft. This luxurious boutique apartment is expected to achieve completion at the first quarter of 2017.

    The Dream City is the third project undertaken by the budding boutique property developer Clearwater Group. Another project completed by the group includes Clearwater Residences @ Damansara Heights. Other interesting projects in the vicinity include Aman Heights, Anggerik Apartment @ Seri Kembangan, Cahaya Permai, Desa Saujana and Desaminium Flora.
