Gugusan Melati is a leasehold apartment situated on Jalan Camar 4/5, Section 4 in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This area was formerly a forest reserve but was later developed into a residential area. Located in Kota Damansara, Gugusan Melati is surrounded with lots of residential projects such as Gugusan Mawar, Gugusan Melur, Gugusan Semarak, Gugusan Matahari, Gugusan Seroja and D’Shire Villa. Strategically located in between Subang and Petaling Jaya and bordered in the west by Sungai Buloh Industrial Park, this area thus has become a popular hotspot for people with all walks of life.

As for transportation, don’t fret! This area is well linked by a few major highways. If you are coming down from Petaling Jaya, you can reach Kota Damansara by exiting via Mutiara Damansara exit at the Damansara–Puchong Expressway (LDP). This area is also connected to Sungai Buloh and Subang Jaya either through the old Subang Airport road or using Persiaran Mahogani which goes through many housing estates. It can also be linked by NKVE as it is the third last exit before Bukit Lanjan and Mont Kiara. Persiaran Surian and Persiaran Kenanga are two driveways that linked the apartment to different areas in Kota Damansara.

Apart from traveling with cars, it also offers another alternative that is public transport. 15 minutes walk away from Gugusan Melati would be the MRT Kota Damansara stops along the Sungai Buloh – Kajang line. Using this train line, you can visit Kuala Lumpur by just scanning your Touch N’ Go as it is interconnected to all the other lines. For example, if you wish to go to KLIA/KLIA2 to catch your flight, you can board the MRT at Kota Damansara station and sxit the train at KL Sentral stops to change to KLIA Express which leads to KLIA/KLIA2. Besides train, buses are also around to ease traveling. The nearest bus stop would be Gugusan Matahari bus stop which is just 3 minutes away. The two common buses that are in service would be RapidKL Bus with number 780 which leads to Pasar Seni, Kuala Lumpur and 802 which goes to Kelana Jaya LRT station.

Schools in this area are SMK Sek 4 Kota Damansara, located next to the apartment, SM Sri KDU and Sekolah Sri KDU (Primary) located across the road. For teenagers seeking for private colleges, Segi College could be one of the options as it is located just across the road. As for expatriats or parents looking for International school, there would be Sri KDU International School. Apart from this, other amnenities like Tropicana Medical Centre is located 6 minutes away. Shopping malls and groceries stores like Sunway Giza Mall and 99 Speedmart are located nearby too. Café and eateries like Costa Coffee and A&W Kota Damansara are also situated nearby and easy to access.
