Hock Ann Mansion JMB

Hock Ann Mansion is a low cost development located in Chow Kit and was completed many years ago for the lower income citizens. All units in Hock Ann Mansion come in a standard size and layout with the ground floor dedicated to shops and the remaining floors being housing units. It is an aged development and rather poorly maintained as the building looks old and the paint has long since faded. A majority of the tenants here are foreigners which many consider unsafe for families to move in as the area is also constantly linked with negative activities. Due to its highly convenient location, traffic congestion here is very common.
