While another part of the Icon City comprises SoVos, shop offices, Central Park, office towers, hotel, Gourmet Street together with the shopping mall. This entire gigantic project is covering a total of 19.6 acres of leasehold land. Icon Residenz carries a total of 569 units serviced apartments and 30 units of shop offices. Four layouts are offered for the residential units and i-SoVos, they are Type B, C, D and E. For layout B, it is the smallest unit among other layouts. Its built-up size falls into the range of 675sf to 922 sf. Under the layout B, there are five categories: Type B1, B1a, B2, B3 and B4. First three types comprise two bedrooms and one bathroom while the following two types comprise of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Moreover, an additional parking lot is being offered for Type B4 unit. For Type C, its built-up size falls into the range of 965 sf to 992 sf. Under this layout, there are three categories: Type C, C2 and C3. All of these three types consist of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two parking lots. For type D, it has only two sub-designs which is Type D1 with 717 sf and Type D2 with 1,265 sf. Type D1 consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two pantries. Its initial cost was RM0.50 psf, but in fact its maintenance fees were only RM0.44 psf (including sinking fees). Still a huge amount of money though, especially if you factor in the commercial rated utility bills and Goods & Service Tax (GST) for its SoVo suites.
