    Inwood Residences located in Jalan Pantai Murni, Pantai Sentral Park, Kuala Lumpur is part of a mixed-use development project located within the 200-hectare forest in Bukit Kerinchi. Inwood residential tower is built on 3.02 acres of land and has 211 residential apartments housed on 38 floors. The project is being handled IJM Land and is expected to be completed in December, 2017. The developer in charge of this project is IJM Land. IJM Land Berhad was established in 1989 and are seen as one of the best property developers in the region. Their influence has been felt even outside Malaysia to China, Vietnam and the United Kingdom.

    Inwood residences hope to strike a balance between modern facilities and the splendors of nature. Surrounded by lush green vegetation, the air around here promises to be fresh and clean, unlike what is obtainable in most city centers. The facilities found here are premium and sophisticated while providing a one-on-one interaction with nature.

    Inwood residences is adjacent to the Bukit Gasing forest reserve. Pantai sentral park is an “Urban Forest City” being developed by IJM Land and Inwood residences is just the first of the developments to have been embarked upon. The next in line is Secoya Residences which is likely to be ready by 2019.

The launch price ranges from RM 950,800 for 1,125 sq ft to RM 2,007,800 for 1,965 sq ft. Maintenance is set at RM 0.32 per sq ft

    The units come in types A, A1, B, B1, B2, B3, C and D. Type A comes with a built up area of 1,215 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car park spaces. Type A1 comes with a built up area of 1,125 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car park spaces. Types B, B1, B2, and B3 come with a built up area of 1,235 sq ft, 3+1 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car park spaces. Type C which is a premium residence is 1,660 of built up space with 3+3 bedrooms, 3+1 bathrooms and 2 car park spaces.
