IPC Island Property Consultants Sdn Bhd (IPC) was first founded by Sr Anjaniman Bin Abu Kassim in Kuala Lumpur in 1999. In 2003, Sr Azman Bin Wahid and Sr Zulkefli Bin Ahmad joined the board of directors of the company to expand the branches at Kajang and Kelang. IPC expanded further to Johor Bahru and Melaka with the setting up of new branches headed by new directors Haji Mohamad Bin Atan and Sabiyar Bin Marto respectively in 2004 and 2006.

When it started in 1999, all property consultancy services namely property valuation, real estate agency and property management were conducted under IPC Island Property Consultants Sdn Bhd. However, overtime, the work load for the three (3) disciplines of property consultancies increased rapidly. As such, IPC decided to form three (3) separate entities namely IPC Property Consultants Sdn Bhd, IPC Property Management Sdn Bhd and IPC Realty Sdn Bhd to undertake property valuation services, real estate agency services and property management services respectively in 2010 to be more focus and providing better services to our clients.

The expansion of IPC comes naturally and steadily, as it has a team of highly experienced key personnel, some with more than 20 years working experience in the property services industry in areas of valuation, real estate agency, project marketing, property management and feasibility study. From the five (5) branches that doing property services, IPC expanded to a higher level and becomes an energetic property consultancy firm with the establishment of new offices namely Seremban, Sungai Petani, Kuantan, Kuching, Kota Bharu, Ipoh and Putrajaya forming twelve (12) offices including head office doing property valuation services, (12) offices including head office doing real estate agency services and (12) offices including head office doing property management services.

IPC is currently on valuation panels of 12 renowned financial institutions in the country namely Maybank, RHB Bank Berhad, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Bank Simpanan Nasional, SME Bank, MBSB Bank, Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad, Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad, Agro Bank, Bank Persatuan, Bank Pembangunan, and Bank Muamalat Indonesia (Malaysia Branch). We are also on panel for real estate agency services with most of the banks.

Property Management

To maintain the investment value of the property, professional and effective maintenance of the property including its facilities and plant and machinery, effective performance of our custodial responsibilities by providing full professional attention to the minute details, constant professional attention and advice throughout the asset's life cycle, creating a safe and pleasant physical environment for the building users, protecting building owners from potential lawsuits and legal charges arising from any negligent act or infringement of any legislation, achieving maximum cash flow and financial return from owner's investment through effective marketing and financial control, identifying and implementing new strategies to meet the rapidly changing market demands, continuous human resource training and improvement on services, professional tenancy management such as negotiations on tenancy renewals and attending to complaints and doing things right the first time hence contributing towards cost saving.

Advice on property development process with emphasis on environmental concerns. Evaluation of existing property portfolio. Acquisition of lands, which are ripe for development. Facilitate applications to state and relevant authorities for alienation of land and other approvals. Determine the most appropriate layout for subdivision to achieve the optimum return. Consider relevant forms development for a particular site including the development concept, mix, layout design and expected marketability. Advice on the most effective mechanism of development through joint-venture, development right, sale and leaseback, etc. Source for and recommend joint-venture partners. Conduct project tendering and evaluate development proposals to achieve the best use. Monitor progress, costs and quality.
