Kayangan Apartmentis an apartment in Bandar Sunway, which its developers were in a legal battle with residents for years for fraudulently claiming their units to be larger than advertised by 11 sq ft. Resolved in April 2012, residents then faced issues concerning their water bills, where residents were being charged using a bulk meter instead of individual meters as Syabas refused to install them until the developer paid Syabas the remaining RM31,040 owed to them.
