Kenny Tan Kah Poh

Kenny is the founding partner of Kenny Tan & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Oxford Brookes University, U.K. and the Certificate of Legal Practice from the Legal Qualifying Board of Malaysia. Kenny was admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2011. He commenced his earlier legal practice in Messrs Lee Choon Wan as a corporate legal associate and was subsequently made a partner in January 2015. Kenny currently sits on the Board of LTKM Berhad as an independent non-executive director. Kenny has experience in diverge range of corporate and commercial transactions. His major areas of practice include capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, listing, venture capital, security dealings and corporate governance.
