Malek, Gan & Partners (MGP) is a partnership formed on the premise of utilizing the distinct knowledge, skill, and experience acquired by its partners to assist its clients in all advisory and dispute resolution matters within the firm’s core areas of practice.

Prior to 2016, the firm was formerly known as Azri Malek & Partners.

Azri-Malek Wan Haron

PROPERTY, CORPORATE BANKING & TRUSTS PRACTICE GROUP

Azri read law at Cardiff University and was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln’s Inn before returning to Malaysia to practice. He commenced his legal practice in the Corporate and Commercial Division at one of the country’s largest law firms. Prior to becoming a partner of MPG, he was the principal partner at Azri Malek & Partners, with a diversified portfolio in banking and property law.

Nagesh Ganabaskaran

BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION PRACTICE GROUP

Nagesh read law at the University of West of England and was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law of Middle Temple. Nagesh returned to Malaysia and began his legal career in the Building and Construction Dispute Resolution, Litigation and Arbitration department of one of the country’s most prominent firms. Prior to joining MPG as a partner, Nadesh completed his MSc in Construction Law and ADR at Kings College, London.
