The Domain (Domain 1) @ NeoCyber is a freehold service apartment located at Cyberjaya, Selangor. This is a service apartment that neighbour to a several high rise condominium and conveniently located with other public amenities. This residential project was developed by Laketown Sdn Bhd which is a sibsidiary under the Emkay Group. This group is one of Malaysia's premier property developers involved in residential, commercial properties, office buildings and resort development. The Group played a vital role in the office development in Cyberjaya. To date the group has built office buildings with a net floor area of approximately 2 million sq.ft. and a GDV of more than RM1 billion. In 1995, EMKAY was awarded the Taman Bunga Raya (Bukit Beruntung) and Damansara Damai (Sungai Buloh) projects by the Selangor state government to develop a township which is mainly made up of affordable homes. A year later, EMKAY embarked on a 791-acre mixed development project Damansara Perdana. The mammoth project aimed to re-settle and upgrade the economic standing of the indigenous settlers (orang asli) living in the Bukit Lanjan vicinity.
