One Avenue JMB

One Avenue is a business hub development located in the matured township of Bandar Utama, close to the Pelangi Utama condominiums. Nestled within the township, One Avenue is strategically situated within close proximity to many of the amenities as well as the other established neighbourhoods of Damansara Uptown, Damansara Jaya, Tropicana, TTDI and SS2. Parking however remains an issue as there are not many parking bays allocated, and the environment surrounding the area is also quite dirty.
