    Prima Sixteen, also known as Prima 16 Condominium, is a high-rise freehold condominium located at Jalan 16/18, Section 16, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The project was developed by Glomac Bhd and completed in 1995. Prima Sixteen is a famous condo in the Section 16 area attracting home seekers for reasons such as indoor and outdoor serenity, accessibility to nearby destinations, and proximity to amenities.

Home seekers who want to rent a unit can get one within a price range of RM 2,800.00 - RM 10,000.00.

    The condominium was completed in 1995 by Malaysian based developers Glomac Bhd. The company is known for real estate development in Malaysia and Prima Sixteen remains one of its successful projects. Two of Prima 16's 18-storey blocks which consist of 188 units and 172 units were completely sold after the project was completed and generated sales revenue of about RM110 million for Glomac Bhd.

    Glomac Bhd has completed other iconic residential projects such as Permata Residence, Glomac Centro Serviced Apartments and Glomac Damansara Residences.
