    Puncak Athenaeum is a residential development situated in the area of Bukit Antarabangsa in Ampang, Selangor. The property designed and constructed entirely by a renowned developer in Malaysia. This residential condominium overlooks the Wangsa Heights, Sinaran Ukay and Siarah Oakleaf. The year of completion of the prestigious development is yet to be known. Despite being an old condominium, it offers magnificent and alluring features to the residents among other things.

    Puncak Anthenaeum is a development that was developed with the principal aim being the household market. It is well maintained despite its mouldy appearance from the outside. Nevertheless, the development appear run down when perceived from far, because the paint of the exterior has faded with many black spots on the walls of the building. There are several amenities located near the development, which includes supermarkets and shopping centres such as Ampang Point Shopping Centre, Aeon AU2 and Giant Bukit Antarabangsa. Healthcare centres offering both inpatient and outpatient services are also located a short distance away. Furthermore, the flat is situated near various schools (primary and secondary) and universities such as SMK Lembah Keramat, SMK Seri Keramat 2, SK Keramat AU3 andSRK Stella Maris.     Puncak Athenaeum is a splendid condominium comprised of two blocks. The total number of floors of the condominium is twenty one storeys. It is made up of 320 units in total. The units are comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The units have varying built-up sizes thus providing residents with a wide range of units to choose from depending on their taste and preference. The built-up size of the units starts from 1,277 square feet. The sub sale price of the property ranges from RM 144,000 to RM 295,000 while the rental price ranges from RM 1,100 to RM 2,800. The condominium is regularly refurbished with a maintenance fee of approximately RM 0.16 per square feet. Puncak Athenaeum contains a minimum of two car parking areas within its vicinity, which is highly convenient to the residents.Puncak Athenaeum is a residential development built on a freehold land, which is not subject to expiry and renewal. The building was constructed several years ago and therefore it is an old development. The condominium is built on a land that is prone to landslide as it is located at the top of a hill. Block A is cheaper that Block B of the condominium because Block B is located in a strategic location with a vivid view of the KLCC. Block A faces east and as a result it is cooler. Greenery views and freshness of the air is enjoyed by both blocks.
