Putra Courtis a high rise development located at Jalan Ipoh in the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city centre. The developer for the property is not known and the property is on the old side with the exterior is showing its age. Despite being a condominium, Putra Court has been advertised to be more of a holiday home for visitors looking to stay in the city. Hence, there are no units for sale as owners prefer to earn more by renting out units to tourists instead of using it for themselves. Traffic congestion, however, is common and unavoidable, although there are alternative modes of transport in the form of public transportation with there being many amenities that are easily within walking distance.
