SERVECARE Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 05th January 2010 with an authorized capital of RM500,000-00 and a paid up capital RM500,000-00. The shareholders of the company are Fortune Prominent Sdn Bhd (81%) and Pearl Insight Sdn Bhd (19%). The company was initially set up to undertake the Facility Management Services contract under the Operation & Maintenance Concession of the Universiti Institut Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Jasin Branch. In order to enable the Company to be operational within a short time frame, the Company is then structured to bring in a team of professionals who had gained numerous experiences in the maintenance industry to set the Company. The main objective in the initial set up is to further capitalized the knowledge and experience of maintenance experts and expand it into the other sector of building and facility management industry.

Pearl Insight Sdn Bhd, a company who specializes not only in development and marketing of a fully home grown Building and Facility Maintenance Management System also has the experience team in managing an Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Services under the Hospital Support Services (HSS) concession and the KLCC. Pearl Insight team shall be the key player in steering and building up SCSB into a full grown IFM company.

Under the Maintenance Concession Agreement, the Company shall manage the respective services in total.
