Besides that, being inside of Bayan Lepas, Setia Green is a 10-minute drive away to the Penang International Airport.

Sungai Ara also have various shopping malls for locals and tourists. Some of it are Queesbay Mall, D’Piazza Mall, and Sunshine Square. These are the main attractions and choice of malls for the local Penangnite. Sungai Ara is also a strategic location nearby many schools. There is a healthy mix of local and international schools. The local schools are such as, SK Bayan Lepas, SJK(C) Chung Shan, SJK(T) Bayan lepas and SMK Sungai Ara. Some of the international schools are, Straits International School and Fairview International School. Setia Green is also located very close to many hospitals and medical institutions such as Pantai Hospital Penang, Pearl maternity and Hope Children Hospital.
