Sutera Damansara is a leasehold mixed housing estate located in Damansara Damai, Petaling Jaya. It comprises Almira 28, Floria Residences, Gloria Residences, Pangsapuri Sri Embun, Sutera Ria, Sutera Ria 2, Sutera Ria 3, Sutera Square, The Vale, The Vale 2 and Zaria. There are 431 houses available at this project with built-up from 2,300 sf to 3,765 sf for houses and 1,650 sf for shop-offices. It was developed by OSK Property Holdings Bhd (fka PJ Development / PJD) with a launch price at about RM500 psf for houses, and was completed in around 2011.
