Team Force Security has succesfully established a fully licenced recruitment & training center in Nepal for Gurkhas (ex armed forces) to be employed in Malaysia. Recruits are carefully screened and selected before being admitted for training. Recruits destined for Malaysia go through a comprehensive course in meeting safety and security standards set by the relevant agencies in Malaysia. Team Force security is the only Malaysian security company to have an operational recrutiment and training center in Nepal to ensure only quality Gurkhas are brought in to Malaysia to work as security guards.
