Verve Suites are situated in Jalan Kiara 5 in the Mont Kiara neighbourhood of 50480 Kuala Lumpur. The property is also referred to as VERVE® Suites and is found in the best prime and area of Mont Kiarain, Kuala Lumpur. Bukit Kiara Properties developed the property, which is classified as being residential.

VERVE Suites targeted high-end customers, and to this end, their unique selling point has been based on the interior luxury of the suites. The Verve Suites are one of the few with a security system that is Multi-tiered.The car parks are covered and available for each of the 881 units. There is a 6,000sf sky lounge alongside a 6,000sf sky garden. The developers also included a sky beach of 8,000sf, a sky view area of 4, 000sf and a panorama podium.

As mentioned earlier, the property has four blocks each with 36, 29, 33 and 37 stories. There are a total of 933 units each with built-up area ranging from 462 sf to 1,394 sf. All of the units are furnished fully and follow no particular theme. The maintenance fee per square foot is RM0.33.The launch price for the Viva Tower block was from RM570 psf as the Vox tower registered the highest price at RM1250 psf. The last block, Vogue Tower features the following layouts; the Centro Jazz(I bedroom within 462 sf), the Cosmo Groove(Studio within 462 sf), the Verdant Luxe(2 bedrooms within 932 sf) and the metro Bliss(2 bedrooms within 932 sf).These layouts provide tenants with the ability to be versatile in their rented space.

The initial three blocks of the development were launched in 2006, 2007 and 2008.The launch price for each was RM570 psf, RM650 psf, and RM950 psf respectively indicating a growing price index due to well reception by customers.The final units of the property were finished in 2013, and as of September 2017, the asking price psf is at RM1286.

The developer of Verve Suites has also developed the Aman Kiara, Hijauan Kiara. This was before the Verve Suites. Projects in the area that can be said to be similar include the 10 Mont Kiara (MK 10), Flora Murni, Gateway Kiaramas and Hijauan Kiara.
