Amongst the many condominiums completed in the early 1990s within TTDI is Villa Flora, a combination of low rise and high rise condominium buildings that offer elegant landscaping amidst a very well-built development. Two of its blocks stand at 14 storeys tall, whilst the remaining buildings stand at 3 storeys tall.

Despite the appeal of this beautifully built and centrally located condominium, there have however been many complaints about the management in the past, regarding the management team's lack of decent attitude Security is also purported to be "bad and real lousy", hence interested buyers might wish to check all possible aspects of this condominium before making their purchase.
