WIFI EXPERIENCE ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE

Dear Residents,

As part of our continuous efforts to improve the living quality at <name of your apartment/condo>, our network provider - <name of the provider> will be conducting a door-to-door WIFI experience engagement exercise.

This exercise allows <name of the provider> to receive first hand feedback on your experience of the WIFI services provided to you, thus enabling them to troubleshoot and resolve any challenges/difficulties (if any) you are facing in regards to WIFI connectivity and speed.

Testing includes:

Radio frequency (strength of the signal)
Speed test
User test

This exercise will be carried out in the month of July 2021. Please refer to the schedule below for the date when the service provider team will be visiting you in your unit/room.

Important Notes:

Residents are required to be present in the room while the exercise is carried out.
The Standard Operating Procedure will be undertaken, in which a Security personnel will be present at all times during the exercise.
If you are inside the room, please ensure that you reply to the knocking on your door to give staff members permission to enter.
If you are not ready, please also make sure that you speak louder when notifying the staff members.
Please ensure that your unit and rooms are clean and tidy to prevent trip hazards.
The Residence Management Team seeks your co-operation and will not be responsible for any damages, injuries or loss of items caused by residents’ failure to comply with the notice above.
